NoAgent.ge is trying to provide the best user experience for all its users. We insist on keeping this webpage owners only as we strive to give our users the choice to buy/sell/rent properties without any intermediaries. Nonetheless, it is possible that some non-owners can slip through our authorisation process of properties. That is why we’ve implemented a Report false property option to our page.
How does the Report false property work?
On the right side under the photos of each property is a contact from that gives the users the ability to report any property that they think was uploaded by a non-owner. To report a property, user needs to fill in their email and the property ID of the property they suspect was uploaded by a non owner. Other information is optional, however at least something needs to be filled into the space of Name and Message, in order for the report to come through. For users who do not wish to mention their name or don’t want to write any message a simple one letter or I simple one symbol is enough. The NoAgent.ge team will check the property and make sure that the contact listed is in fact an owner. In case the user who uploaded the property isn’t the owner, the listing will be deleted and the account of the user will be banned.
Why should users report non-owner listings?
NoAgent.ge continuously works towards better user experience and minimising the exposure to non-Owners of properties on our site. However, nobody is perfect and mistakes can happen. That is why we ask our users to support us and report any false listings that the may encounter, in order to make NoAgent.ge a better place.
